Healthy life is dedicated to people who need to reduce their body mass index, who are overweight, tired and have perhaps even been warned by their physician that they must make some serious changes. It’s also for the yo-yo dieters and those who just feel a little lost with how to eat and what to eat.

Traditional diets don’t work. This is a fact! Did you know that a whopping 90% of people who lose weight dieting will gain a majority, if not all of the weight back? Repeated dieting and weight gain significantly affects the body’s metabolism and hormones making it extremely difficult to maintain weight loss. Many people believe they just need more willpower and begin to blame themselves when the truth is that even the strongest willpower will struggle against nature and science.

Dieting also has seriously negative effects on family members with research showing that girls as young as 6 feel they need to diet. So what can we do? We can apply proven science based research to adjust your everyday habits in small incremental steps in order to make a sustainable change without deprivation and most importantly without dieting, whilst also fixing any metabolic issues. The steps we take are depicted by you and your goals. Just as everyone is different, so is every coaching plan I write.
