Fit and Firm is the next level of coaching for those who want to tighten and tone their bodies. People often say they want to lose weight when what they actually mean is they want to lose fat. There is a huge difference and you definitely don’t want to be losing muscle as muscle burns a lot of calories. It’s common for people to diet and run for miles at the gym, getting skinnier but somehow softer and still with a midsection that they don’t like.

Why? Well it is because they are eating and training wrong, usually too few calories and too much cardio. The aim now will be to lower (or maintain) our body fat % whilst building some muscle to enable us to have a little (or a lot) more definition. No ladies, you will not bulk up, muscle takes a long time to grow but without muscle you have nowhere for the skin to sit so it sags. Bingo wings anyone? Now we start to look at inches and body measurements instead of only scale weight as we build and sculpt our bodies into our desired figures. Maybe building our butts and making them round and peachy whilst making our waists smaller or for the men, building their shoulders and back. Here I will be introducing you to custom designed resistance workouts and focusing more on your macros.

Daily reminders and weekly zoom calls along with lesson plans and macro friendly recipes for all your personal favourites and takeaways. You can’t outrun a bad diet but with the right workout and nutrition you can get the results you want and I’ll be right beside you to help you shape your body how you desire.
