Why are we called, Temple Tribe? As Jim Roth famously said, we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with. Therefore when we want to make a change, whether it is to simply lose a few pounds and feel better or become an elite athlete, it is critical to have the right support, the right tribe. This fact, so often overlooked, is the difference between success and failure.

Even coaches have coaches. This is the key to success.

At Temple Tribe we provide three levels of online coaching for men and women that is personalised for each individual and backed by the latest science to guarantee results. Traditionally exercise routines have been written by men for men. Women were not even allowed to run in marathons until 1972 and a lot of traditional fitness data was written before that date. Diets have been written for the masses without taking into account physiological differences as well as food availability and cultural- social issues.

Unfortunately many coaches ignore these facts and prescribe the same exercise routines and / or diets regardless of gender and identity. As well as being an internationally certified personal instructor and fully certified nutritionist, Lauren is also a GGS-1 (girls gone strong) certified coach enabling her to coach women to the same high standard as men whilst taking into account women specific issues such as their menstrual cycle, pregnancy and menopause. Each client is coached one to one at a personal level so the whole coaching progress fits seamlessly into their lives.
